Can I add a Gift Message to my Order?
You sure can.
Simply select the checkbox on the Delivery Options screen in checkout that says 'This order is a gift'
You'll then be presented with a text box to write your message. The message will then appear on the despatch note and no prices wil lbe show to the recipient.
Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

Yes, in most cases we will price match other retailers, but before requesting one have a look at our criteria for price matching.

Your delivery notes only have a refund option but I want a replacement
If you'd like a replacement drop us a message before you return your unwanted item; we'll then check what you'd like is in stock and arrange the replacement for you.
Is this product in stock?
If you can see an 'Add to Basket' button on a product page then the item in question is in stock.
If an item is out of stock, you'll see an 'Out of Stock' notice and you won't be able to add it to your basket. But you can sign up for a back in stock notification by hitting the "Email Me" button.
