Am I eligible?
If you live in mainland UK, yes. If you're in N. Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Isles of Scilly, we can't offer you Unlimited. Sorry.
How do I get it?
It's easy. Just pick the Unlimited option on the basket page and it'll be added to your basket as a one-off charge of £12.
What do I get?
You'll automatically get Free Delivery on everything you want delivered to mainland UK, for a whole year. Spend £20 or more and you'll get Free Premium Delivery, and for the smaller shops you'll get Free Standard Delivery.
What is Premium Delivery?
Orders placed to mainland UK by 2.30pm Monday-Sunday are delivered the next working day.
What is Standard Delivery?
All orders are delivered within 3-6 working days.
How many times can I use it?
Unlimited times in a year. (There's a clue in the name!) So place as many orders as you like.
Can I cancel?
Yes, of course. You've got two weeks from purchase to change your mind. In that time, if you've only placed one order of £20 or over, we'll refund you £4.50. That's the annual cost of £10, minus one Premium Delivery charge of £7.50. If you've only placed one order under £20, we'll refund you £7.50. That's the annual cost of £12, minus one Standard Delivery charge of £4.50. If you've placed more than one order, or it's been longer than two weeks, we're afraid we can't refund anything.
