How long does it take for you to receive my return & refund me?
If you've sent a return back to us and are wondering if we've received it yet, here is some handy info that will help you before you need to contact us.
UK Return - Post Office
When you dropped off your parcel at the Post Office location you'll have been given a receipt with a 'Barcode Number' that looks like this AB123456789GB.
If you type the number into the box on the page below, then click 'Track Item' you'll be able to track your parcel back to our warehouse:

UK Return -Evri Parcelshop drop-off or collectiom
First off, you'll have a barcode or receipt number on your receipt from the Parcelshop or the driver who collected your return.

Ireland & EU Returns - Post Office
Please allow 7-10 working days for your return to reach us.
Refunds for all returns
Once we receive your return we will aim to process your refund you within 5 days. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to clear into your bank.
