I've ordered two or more items but they haven't all been delivered
Don't despair...did you order an item that is large or could be an awkward shape?
If so, it's quite common for orders to be split into two or more parcels.
In some instances, those parcels become separated by the courier and are delivered separately.
If you believe this may have happened to you we recommend waiting until the following morning to see whether the remainder of your order arrives. In our experience is usually does.
