  • What are your delivery charges?

  • What couriers do you use?

    We use Royal Mail for UK Standard and Premium Delivery orders. We use DPD for our larger, heavier parcels. DPD will also send an SMS with a 1 hour delivery window, which you can change if required.
  • Do prices appear on your delivery note?

    My order is a gift. Will the recipient see the prices of the items? Good news. 🎉 Our delivery notes don't display the prices of the items. They just contain a summary of what's in the package and some information on how to return items.

  • Where is my refund?

    Returns can take 10-14 working days to get back to us and processed for refund. As soon as the return is processed in our warehouse, we'll pop you an email to confirm the refund.
