Although we take payment for your order at the point of purchase, you may still cancel it by contacting us via the live chat button below within 10 minutes of your order being placed, if that's between 8am and 10pm. We'll then stop it being sent to the warehouse to be picked and packed and will refund you in full.

If you contact us later than 10 minutes after placing your order or during the night we will still try to cancel the order, but can't guarantee we will be able to stop your order being shipped by our ever so speedy team at the warehouse.
