If you've sent a return back to us and are wondering if we've received it yet, here is some handy info that will help you before you need to contact us.

UK Return - Post Office

When you dropped off your parcel at the Post Office location you'll have been given a receipt with a 'Barcode Number' that looks like this AB123456789GB.

If you type the number into the box on the page below, then click 'Track Item' you'll be able to track your parcel back to our warehouse:

Your parcel should take 2-3 days to reach us.


UK Return - Hermes

First off, you'll have a barcode or receipt number on your receipt from the Parcelshop (that looks like P123456) or the driver who collected your return (a long number starting 34). If you did organise a collection the barcode number starting 34 will be in the email you received too.

Now, here are the timescales for us receiving your returns:

Hermes - Parcelshop drop-off

If you dropped your parcel at a Hermes Parcelshop you'll need to allow 5-7 working days for us to receive your return back.  

If you are tracking your return using the Hermes website,  a guide is that we will receive it around 3-5 working days after the tracking states 'On its way back to retailer'.

If these timescales have passed of course let us know.

Hermes - Book a Collection 

If your parcel was collected by a Hermes courier,  you'll need to add allow 7-10 working days for us to receive your return back.  

If you are tracking your return using the Hermes website,  a guide is that we will receive it around 3-5 working days after the tracking states 'On its way back to retailer'.

If these timescales have passed of course let us know.

Ireland & EU Returns - Post Office

Please allow 7-10 working days for your return to reach us.


Refunds for all returns

Once we receive your return we will refund you within 48 hours.
